A Place for Children and Their Families

Serving New Hampshire since 1978

Who We Are

The Children's Place & Parent Education Center (TCP) in Concord, NH is a 501(c)(3) organization incorporated in 1978 to provide both educational and social programs and services to strengthen and enrich the lives of families with children, two months through six years old. TCP is the only independent, fully operating family center in Merrimack County.

Our Mission

The mission of The Children's Place & Parent Education Center is to enhance and strengthen families by offering support services, childcare and group play, parent education and community outreach programs. We are a group of parents, children and proffesionals who come together to articulate to the community respect for and understanding of children and the importance of parenting.

Our Vision

We envision The Children's Place & Parent Education Center to be a place of excellence in childcare, with an inviting and enriching environment that attracts families. TCP will be known in the greater Concord Community as a leader on early childhood issues and parent education. Staffed by highly qualified professionals and dedicated volunteers, TCP will continue to offer unique services and programs that support all families with young children.
